Prenatal Yoga

The Prenatal Yoga Class offers a safe, restorative Yoga practice with Pranayamas and Asanas which are appropriate for pregnancy. The class provides gentle exercise for Pregnant Women and stretches & tones the body in preparation for childbirth.

You can start Prenatal Yoga classes with us if you :
– have your gynecologist’s permission to attend a Prenatal Yoga class 
–  are currently between  week 14 to 24  of your pregnancy
–  do not have any medical complications
